1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Web Crafts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Web Crafts provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

Website design and development
Mobile application development
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Branding and creative solutions

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion
Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Obtain necessary rights and permissions for any materials you provide to us

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Project fees are agreed upon before work commencement
We require a 50% advance payment for new projects
Recurring services (SEO, ads management) are billed monthly in advance
Additional work outside the agreed scope incurs extra charges

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Client-provided materials remain the client's property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Web Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, or ROI from marketing campaigns.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Likewise, clients agree not to disclose our proprietary methodologies, pricing, or trade secrets.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client remains liable for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
